GENERAL DESCRIPTION
  • 12-bit A/D resolution: 12-bit A/D converter, has maximum throughput rate up to 90KHz in DMA mode.
  • Programmable gain: 1,2,4,8 the input ranges of +10V, +5V, +2.5V, +1.25V unipolar and +/-10V, +/-5V, +/-2.5V, +/-1.25V bipolar.
  • Switch selectable 16 channel single-ended or 8 channel differential analog inputs.
  • To have a good noise immunity, higher accurate A/D conversion, selected differential mode.
  • 2 speeds of A/D conversion:
    • Low speed ADC is initiated by software trigger.
    • Middle speed ADC up to 3KHz via interrupt, and High speed ADC and up to 90KHz via DMA are initiated by timer or external trigger.
  • 2 channels of 12-bit D/A output: The D/A converter may be operated with internal reference voltage or external reference voltage.
  • 8 bits of general purpose TTL/DTL compatible digital output and digital input.
