DASYLab - the Easy-To-Use Software
Data Logger

    With just one function module, DASYLab works as a high speed data logger, able to acquire data at speeds up to 1MHz storing them onto hard disk using the built-in disk streaming function.

Multi-channel Chart Recorder

    Two function modules create a .paperless. multichannel chart recorder with many options to adapt the displayed charts to your own needs.

Two-channel Oscilloscope

    Use the Y/t chart display module to visualize "fast" data. DASYLab is just as simple to use as an oscilloscope, with continuous online data acquisition and visualisation at speeds up to 250 kHz.

Trigger Monitoring

    You can continuously monitor a signal with one of the many DASYLab Trigger modules. The TTL-level output signals are useful in many control applications or can simply control the data flow in the program.

Frequency Analyzer

    Complex signal analysis is quickly configured using some of the Easy-To-Use function modules. Just add a FFT module to the oscillocope setup, and you have a Frequency Analyzer.

Frequency Maximum

    If the maximum frequency in your frequency spectrum is of interest to you, just enlarge the DASYLab .Frequency Analyzer. with an additional Y/t chart module, Statistics module and a Digital Meter module. Instantly, your Signal and the frequency spectrum are shown as charts, and the maximum frequency is displayed as a digital value.

Reference Curve Monitoring

    If you need, for example, to check the thermal response using a predefined temperature curve, DASYLab provides the Sequence Generator module, the Check Reference Curve module and the Digital Output module - all suitable instruments for this type of control application.

Interfaces

    In addition to hardware drivers used to access the specific hard-ware devices of different manufacturers DASYLab offers also several standard interfaces such as RS232, GPIB, DDE and CAN.

    Data acquisition and control with IVI compatible devices. Support of the classes Oscilloscope, Digital Multimeter and Frequency Generator.

OPC 2.0

    Write and Read access to tags in OPC Server with the specification 2.0.

DASYLab Net

    This powerful extension of DASYLab is able to communicate with and control remote copies of DASYLab Net on any network that uses the TCP/IP Protocol. DASYLab is able to:

  • Exchange data at rates up to 100 000 samples per second.
  • Display messages to other running DASYLab programs.
  • Remotely start, stop and load experiments, including simulta-neous start of several DASYLab Net systems.
  • Password protect client server/access.
  • Automatic time zone correction on server and client, if different.
  • Run under Windows 98 and Windows 2000 / NT.
